Terms of Service
These mock terms describe the planned rules for using HomeKeeper. They are not a binding agreement and require legal review before any public launch.
1. Provider and scope
The planned provider is HomeKeeper sp. z o.o. (mock), registered in Poland at ul. Mockowa 1, 00-001 Warsaw (mock address). HomeKeeper is a consumer service for organizing household tasks, maintenance, devices, costs and shared-home information.
2. Availability
The planned first market is Poland. The service may later be offered in other European Union countries and the United States. Availability, price, tax treatment and consumer terms may differ by market and will be confirmed before expansion.
3. Account and acceptable use
You must provide accurate account information, keep sign-in credentials confidential and use the service lawfully. Do not upload unlawful content, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with the service.
4. Trial and subscription
Paid plans are intended to include a seven-day trial. After the trial, charges and applicable taxes are shown before payment confirmation. You may cancel a subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the already paid billing period.
5. Cancellations and refunds
The planned policy is that payments for a started billing period are not refunded. This rule is subject to mandatory consumer-protection law, including any statutory withdrawal or refund rights that apply to the customer and market.
6. Changes and service continuity
HomeKeeper may improve, change or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice where appropriate. Before launch, the final terms must define the applicable notice, liability, complaint and data-export rules.
